Capaha Correspondence School provides a second chance for your student to make it into the next grade or to continue learning during the summer months! Capaha Correspondence School provides to 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade, at their expense, home study courses for the average student in English, math, social studies, and science. CCS is open April 1st through September 30th.

Each grade level, semester course contains adequate units of study that are designed for enrichment, remediation or help to move on to the next grade level. The student is allowed a six-week period to complete the course work. The completed work is checked by CCS and the results reported to the home and school. Upon request a final test will be provided to the school administer. For details write, call or email capahacs@charter.net

CCS was established in 1988 by two school counselors. The two counselors have experience and certification in the areas of guidance, English, mathematics, learning disabilities and adult education/literacy (GED). CCS course work was developed or selected by these two professional educators to help the reluctant learner receive extra help in the academic areas through studying at home.  The main mission of CCS is to help prevent students from dropping out of school.
